Return & Refund Policy

1. Fresh Fruits & Vegetables (Perishable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, all sales are final once goods have been delivered and accepted.

However, we will consider a replacement or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The produce is found to be spoiled, damaged, or not meeting agreed specifications at the point of delivery.

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, together with clear photo or video evidence.

  • The affected items must be kept in their original condition for verification.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for:

  • Changes of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

  • Normal variations in size, color, or appearance of natural produce

Heng Yap Seng reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving any refund or replacement.

2. Equipment & Pre-Packed / Non-Perishable Food Items

Returns or exchanges for equipment and pre-packed food items are subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days from delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used items

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

If a return is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection, and may be issued via:

  • Replacement

  • Credit note

  • Refund (at our discretion)

3. Indent Orders

All indent orders are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed, as goods are sourced specifically based on customer requirements.

4. General

  • All refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days

  • Heng Yap Seng Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund matters
